After ordering a reseller account, you will receive the panel link, your initial username and password (which you can later change) Via email, and a tutorial on how to get started. If you already have an account with us, your account will be automatically charged with credits upon ordering. The panel is accessible through any browser, whether on your computer or smartphone.

* On your Reseller Panel dashboard you will find the number of credits ordred that you can use to create accounts for your customers. Here’s how you can use your credits :

• 12 credits : 12 months
• 6  credits :  6  months
• 3  credits :  3  months
• 1  credit :    1   month

For example, 120 credits can be used for 10 x 12-month accounts, 20 x 6-month accounts, 40 x 3-month accounts, or 120 x 1-month accounts.

* ” Refund” is an option on  your Panel  allows you to delete an account and recover the remaining credits.

*Ticket system is available on the Panel to report problems to the technical team or request any VOD or channel.

* Note : that there is no expiration date for the credits you have left in your account and you are able to keep your account ( Panel) forever even if there are no more credits left.

Your Panel or credits will be activated in approximately 30 minutes on average and a maximum of 8 hours.
